Appointments for the Camarilla court of Manchester

The following apointments have been made known to all kindred of the Camarilla court of Manchester by either in person meetings or postings having been made available for reading during formal gatherings:
After much consideration the positions of Seneschal and Scourge have been filled with members in good standing in the court.
First to the position of Scourge. As many of you know, this title was not used during the reign of Prince Cato. With the influx of new kindred to our fair city I personally felt that appointing a kindred to this post was necessary to help the other titled members of the court maintain order. Samuel Burke, an elder of clan Ventrue as accepted the position and had vowed to carry out the tasks that are set before him without hesitation. I fully trust his judgement, abilities and willingness to perform the job. I hope all members of the court will join me in congratulating this kindred on his promotion.
Second is the position of Seneschal. There were many candidates applying themselves for the chance to hold this position, but in the end it can only be held by one kindred. Andrew Lincoln, Elder of clan Ventrue has accepted the position of Seneschal and will start to preform the duties of the position as well as provide council to the prince. I fully trust that he will be able to help the city and all members of the court if need be.
in regards to the Seneschal's duty of setting up appointments, until such a time that the Primogen council has elected a harpy and I am no longer fulling the role as harpy as well as prince, I will maintain an open door policy and no appointment will be needed with me so that boons can be logged.
