The following decree as been made to known to all kindred of the Camarilla court of Manchester by either in person meetings or postings having been made available for reading during formal gatherings:
Until the time at which the Primogen council of Manchester appoints a kindred of good standing to hold the title of Harpy, I will be continuing to maintain the ledger of Boons for the Camarilla court of Manchester. Normally protocol would dictate that a meeting with the prince has to be organized in advance and often at a cost, however, that policy will not start until I am no longer preforming the duties of harpy. I will make myself available to the citizenry and titled members of the court as best as my responsibilities allow. The primogen council is encouraged to balance the need for proper vetting with the need for haste in filling this vital position in our court.
-Nickolas Andover, Prince of Manchester
