First I'll just link this for easy access: docs.google.com/presentation/d/17Ft7gSA16cWTPzqwqfaqMAVolsPkjKu3IwlDo0V1pwo/edit#slide=id.g10e64b6ba7_0_65Feeding & Patrolling: How specific should the location be? Are we using the political map sections? Patrolling: Does this increase the actions required for everyone? Allies included? Buying items: Is it one DTA per item, or can you go to Walmart and bulk buy? Learning disciplines: I'm guessing this counts for techniques too?
How do you determine variable numbers for DTAs? It says all DTAs are handled at the same time, for example, patrolling makes feeding require more DTAs. Does this make the person feed without caution? Are other DTAs canceled to compensate? Should we list DTAs in a priority order just in case someone tries to reduce the number we get?
Provided it is something you can retry or take your time on, would you allow multiple actions on the same task for additional benefits? Maybe a retest or static bonus.

Feeding & Patrolling: How specific should the location be? Are we using the political map sections?
They don't need to be incredibly specific. "The Area around Milly's" or "The Area around my haven." would be sufficient. In the case of the latter, please tell us the location of your haven.
Patrolling: Does this increase the actions required for everyone? Allies included?
It hinders any "unwanted parties" You should specify who you wish to keep out when submitting your action. "Sabbat" or "Members of Clan Gangrel" are both good examples.
Buying items: Is it one DTA per item, or can you go to Walmart and bulk buy?
Generally speaking it is one item per action. Related items just as a firearm, ammo, and accessories, could be a single purchase. A reminder that typical mundane items such as cellphones, flashlights, etc. Do not need to be acquired via a DTA. Weapons, armor, vehicles, and crafting supplies (other than simple things such as canvas and paints) need to be acquired via DTA.
Learning disciplines: I'm guessing this counts for techniques too?
Yes this applies to Techniques and elder powers as well.
If players run into a situation where they are hindered by patrols and/or other players actions they will be notified and allowed to adjust their actions.
Provided it is something you can retry or take your time on, would you allow multiple actions on the same task for additional benefits? Maybe a retest or static bonus.
With exceptions such as patrolling and feeding, players may only attempt an action once per set of DTA. They may reattempt or repeat the action with future sets of DTA however.
