The best way to deal with them is to make sure that your secure channels are secure. This meeting, may not be. Emergency meeting in a public place. Did we search for wires, camera's, hidden people. The list can go on.
Unfortunately, to understand them you need to think like them. Understand what is important to them. Their structure, their desires. What their end game is.
We like chess, they like nightmare chess. It's really the same game with additional structured rules. They understand their chaos, we do not.
We need to make sure that everyone that we give information to wants to play the same game.

His voice is definable as child like, but the confidence behind it, does not seam to match* Sir, there is no way to currently know who the traitor is, or where the leak came from. I do not know everyone in this city. I only arrived aweek ago. I'm not even sure if the rest of my group has arrived yet.
I was hoping to meet everyone this coming Saturday. But it does not seam like it will be a calm meeting.

People on the street that can blend in, and be over looked. That have a keen eye for details. At this point, the starting point is the place of the fire.
Some of us are capable of seeing things others might simply over look. Hopefully the crime scene is not to contaminated.
The cover up.? That's what has me all up in my head. *pauses for a moment and tilts his head back and forth, like he's questioning something.* yeah confused.
