As Paul spoke to the Malkavian, math started to play out across the kindred's mind. He paused for a second and then slid his book over from the edge of the booth and opened it. He pulled his pen out of the holder and tapped his chin with it as he flipped through the book's pages.
"Well Mr Turner... You seem to be the only member of your clan in the city that is acknowledged by the Camarilla court."
Nick said and briefly looked up from his book and gave him a smirk.
"That one is on the house. Charging you a boon to introduce yourself to yourself is not something I charge for. Unless you're a member of my clan and you really are meeting yourself for the first time..."
He says and chuckles at the dig he made at his own clan. He flips through his pages some and then closes the book. He keeps his voice low, matching Paul's tone and helping to keep their conversation hidden from the mortals about, something the loud bar was helping with as well.
"As for possible sponsors for your... services... My honest suggestion would be to contact the sheriff, a one Samuel Hayes of clan Brujah. I'm sure with the prince's new decree, the sheriff is going to be taking a most... hands on approach to the problem with the Sabbat. As for more subtle approaches to the enemy, you might want to get a hold the Nosferatu Primogen Jakob Krieger. Mr Krieger is an expert at acquiring information and if you're more suited for that line of work you might want to try him. The last kindred I would suggest to you would be Regent Elaine Chase, the Primogen of clan Tremere. She's been very out spoken about making moves against the Sabbat might have some ideas as to what she would like to see done."
Nick speculates on a few members of the court and then slides his book off to the side.
"Now, that's not to say that most, if not all members of the court are looking to deal a blow to the Sabbat. The kindred I've listed just happen to the most outspoken or suited for the task as far as I know."
