A Notice to New Kindred

Greetings my fellow kindred,
It is with great enthusiasm that I respond to Prince Antonius's declaration of solidarity in the face of the monstrous adversity to the Camarilla. As many of you may have noticed, the Prince's decrees are often sealed with a fingerprint and family motto "Nonquam non paratus" which is Latin for "never unprepared." This is a most appropriate theme for a fiefdom constantly beset upon by such volatile miscreants as the Sabbat, and the Prince alone has done a great deal to further this notion. But as any responsible community must deign to support such a protector, I would like to make a personal commitment to improving the "backbone" of this society as well.
To this end I would add my own family's motto: "cadet a euismod est" as a gesture of support to our fledgeling kindred. For, as the saying goes, a fledgeling is an investment. We do not embrace new generations lightly; we do not select our progeny on a whim. Rather, we must do so out of vision for the future, purpose, and -- indeed as our survival often depends on our structure – necessity. To this end I am extending an offer of aid to any new fledgelings in our area. If you are new, having difficulty surviving, learning to defend yourself, or just feeling overwhelmed by the complexities of kindred society, please feel free to seek me out and let me know what you need. By helping you to succeed, we can keep our community going and thriving, even under the menacing threat of the Sabbat.
... if, however, you are not new to kindred society, I propose a different offer for you: come join me for a little meeting and we will discuss how better to invest in our kindred, as they are the future of our struggle against those who would oppress all we have built here in Manchester. I promise you there's opportunity here to build something together.
Yours sincerely,
