The following decree as been made to known to all kindred of the Camarilla court of Manchester by either in person meetings or postings having been made available for reading during formal gatherings:
The Camarilla court of Manchester will now be starting a new policy. Once a month the court will experience ouvert la nuit, a night where the prince will be available for all acknowledged members of the court for any discussion topics without appointments from the Seneshal. The prince may still denies audiences to members of the court in bad standing or on the ground of lack of time available. Members of the court are cautioned against wasting the prince's time with seemingly trivial maters and may be charged a boon if such a case occurs. (OOC> the prince does not want to hear about the score of the monarch's game.) These nights will be announced well ahead of time and additional nights may be added as the prince sees fit. All other business with the prince should still be conducted through the Seneshal (Some exceptions still apply)
(OOC> these open nights will coincide with nights that we are having game, for the ease of game play.)
