The following decree as been made to known to all kindred of the Camarilla court of Manchester by either in person meetings or postings having been made available for reading during formal gatherings:
After a meeting held by some of the primogen of the camarilla court of Manchester, Nolan Lorde of clan Tremere will now hold the title of Harpy for the court. Boons are now to be brought to his attention he will be announcing shortly how he will go about collecting them, his hours of availability and whether or not he will be appointing deputy harpies to aid him in his duties. As I am no longer Harpy, kindred of the city are encouraged to speak with the Seneshal before making time with the prince (Some exceptions may apply).
