The continued cease fire

The following decree as been made to known to all kindred of the Camarilla court of Manchester by either in person meetings or postings having been made available for reading during formal gatherings:
In regards to the on going cease fire between the Camarilla court of Manchester and the Sabbat sect of Manchester the cease fire is currently still in effect however the primogen council has elected to not grant the lands that the Sabbat have recently requested. Negotiations with the Sabbat will commence soon, but until then the cease fire is to be maintained. Kindred who are part of the Camarilla court of Manchester who are found in violation of the cease fire will be dealt with directly by the princes office. Kindred with questions about either the cease fire or the negotiations are welcome to speak with the Seneshal.
